Job Description: Candidate would be responsible for dealing and managing vendors and suppliers for the conferences and exhibitions. He/She will also be responsible for overall venue management and finalisation of distribution materials etc. Coordinating with advertising and event agencies for promotion and brand building of the conference and exhibition.
Desired Profile: Management Graduates with good verbal and written communication skills with 2-4 years of experience in organizing events and interaction with vendors. Candidate having experience in stall management and dealing with Trade Promotion organisations and licensing authorities will be preferred.
